YOGA TEACHERS TRAINING

Are you ready to take your yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level or teach others about the wonderful benefits of this ancient practice?

The RYH Teachers Training Programme is a transformational experience, which integrates the student's daily life into the yoga training. Students strengthen their own yoga practice through self-discipline and awareness of the nature of mind, body, and spirit. They also build a firm foundation in the yogic lifestyle and in skills to teach others instinctively and methodically. 

The Training provides an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, meet new friends, and be a part of the growing global yoga community. Completion of the course includes 200hr certificate with 100 hours intensive certificates available for those who want to deepen their personal practice or augment their foundational teaching skills.

Our groups are between 6 and 10 people. We like to keep the groups small and personable.

09:30am to 11:00am Breakfast and tea break
11:00am to 12:30pm Asana alignment
12:30 pm to 2:00 pm Lunch
2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Yoga Philosophy
3:30pm to 4:30pm Refreshment, tea break
5:00pm to 5:30pm Chanting
5:30pm to 6:45pm Yoga asana practice - Hatha or Ashtanga
7:00pm to 8:00pm Dinner
8:00pm to 9:00pm Self study & journaling
